STONEGATE ASSESSMENTS
Stonegate’s monthly assessment for 2024 is $223.00 ($196.00 Operating and $27.00 Reserve). The Reserve Fund covers important maintenance projects such as street sealing. The rest goes to the operating fund, which covers all amenities.
Stonegate provides two methods for paying assessments:
- Sign up for Autopay. The amount will automatically be deducted from your checking account on or after the fifth of the month.
- Send a check, or have your bank’s Billpay service send one. The check should be made payable to Stonegate Community Association and sent to:

Assessments are due on the first of the month, and are assessed a $15 late fee if they arrive after the 15th of the month. Stonegate’s collection policy sets forth the Association’s procedures.
