Stonegate’s monthly assessment for 2012 is $190. Of this, $12 goes to our Reserve Fund, to cover important maintenance projects such as street sealing. The rest goes to the operating budget which covers all amenities, our 24/7 staffed gate and vehicle access control system, and Stonegate’s Cox cable package.

Stonegate provides three methods for paying assessments:

• Sign up for Autopay. The amount will automatically be deducted from your checking account on the fifth of the month.
• Use the electronic check feature through Mutual of Omaha Bank.
• Send a check, or have your bank’s Billpay service send one. The check should be made payable to Stonegate Community Association and sent to:

Assessments are due on the first of the month, and are assessed a $10 late fee if they arrive after the 15th of the month. Stonegate’s collection policy sets forth the Association’s procedures.
